Fresh breads and rolls baked daily

Alongside the bustling corridors delivering fresh fish to the Fishmarket, is our Bakery, with a dedicated artisan baker producing the famous Mariner’s Wharf seed loaves, beloved by all who have dined in the upstairs Wharfside Grill restaurant.

Also for sale in the Fishmarket, our well-known seed loaves go hand in hand with our fresh smoked snoek, tuna and angel fish pâté , not to mention the fresh soft white bread loaves which, if you come early enough, are packaged for you still warm from the oven. Daily-baked rolls and biscuits are also available from the Bakery.

Specialised breads

Our artisanal bakers produce a variety of specialised breads in our dedicated bakery, an integral part of Mariner’s Wharf.

Delicious seed loaves

Our seed loaf is world-famous and beloved by all who dine in our Wharfside Grill Restaurant, being served as a complimentary tasty starter before your meal. Also available daily in our Bakery.

Breads, rolls & confectionery available in our Fishmarket

Be sure to visit the Fishmarket early as our piping hot breads, fresh from our ovens are snapped up by locals and tourists alike.

Authentic Fish & Chips so fresh off the trawlers! No better place to eat it than right on the wharf in the sun and cool sea breeze with seals barking and waves splashing...
